Every account has a referral link. When someone joins on yours and publishes their first card at full price, you both get a second card free. The reward lands when they pay, never at signup.

Send us your details and we build your card with you, by phone or email, then hand it over with a page showing how to use it. Changes after that are free, forever.

The chip holds a link to your card, never a copy of your details, so it always serves what your card says today and can be switched off if you lose it. Chips that carry the details themselves are frozen the day they are printed.

One Price Per Seat, Cards Included

$5 per person per month, billed yearly, with every card and every feature in the seat. An admin pays for the year from the team's Billing section, or tells us about the team below and we send one invoice. Switching from another card service gets half off year one, applied by hand, so write to us rather than paying online.

Cards, revocation, roster admin and everything else are in the seat price. Nothing extra when somebody joins beyond their seat.

How It Works Day To Day

Everyone on the team gets a card: Included in the seat. Each with its own code, its own details, and its own scan count.
Edits stay free, permanently: Promotions, new numbers, a rebrand across every card. No charge, no limit.
Someone leaves, you revoke their card: Their code stops resolving the moment you say so, including on anything they had printed, and their seat frees up for the next hire. How that works.
Someone joins, you add a seat: Prorated for the rest of the year, card included. An empty seat left by a leaver costs nothing extra to refill.

A leaver's card is revoked rather than handed on: the code is already out in the world, and passing it to a new hire would point everyone who ever scanned it at somebody else. The new hire takes the freed seat and gets a new card, included.

The half-price first year is for teams arriving from another card service; a recent invoice or screenshot is enough.

Want us to build everyone's cards? It is included for teams of 10 seats or more. Smaller teams can add it for $10 a card, one time. Write to us to arrange it.

Refunds

If a card does not do what this site says it does, write to hello@heraldcards.com within 30 days and we refund it in full.

What It Costs To Keep

Almost every business card competitor forces you to pay rent to access your full identity. The card is cheap on the day you buy it and expensive by the time it has done anything for you. Herald charges once, and your colors, your design and your code are all part of that one payment.

If you stop paying	The card stops resolving. Anything printed with that code is now dead paper.	Nothing happens. There was nothing to stop.

The monthly figure is an illustration at a common mid tier price, not a quote from any one company. Check whichever you are comparing against, then run the same arithmetic.
